The Blog Lives!!!


I finally updated the Blog because I have big news.
I'm competing the the New Pokemon Ruby Sapphire Tourney on Sunday, and I hope I'll make a strong showing.

My Yahoo IM is back up also but I can't remember how to add that button to my blog. So instead here's my

There, that'll have to do for now. Everybody have a happy Feb. 15th!

The Blog gets a new look


So far the only thing I've changed about the Blog is it's new title. But I'm making plans to take this Blog in a whole new direction.

I've officially had this Blog for 3 weeks and I would like to thank all those who have contributed to this Blog to make it great. Thanks for everyone's participation and keep on posting.

Looking back on this day, the Blog has undergone a major transformation from when it first started, and I hope to continue this trend until my fingers start hemorrhaging purple goo, or Tripod asks me to pay for more bandwith. However, Karla pointed out to me the key ingredient missing from my Blog to make it truly complete: Updates on things I actually do in life.

I pondered over this very predicament, and came to the conclusion that not only am I going to actually talk about what I do, but I'm going to go in-depth about what I consider myself; a Gamer. I plan to use my Blog as a foundation to analyze the lives of Video Gamers, and attempt to shed light on what kind of people Gamers are, and where they fit in today's society. It's going to be written in a Documentary format, with info relevant to Hardcore Gamers, casual gamers, and especially Non-Gamers alike.

This is going to take a lot of work so I'm looking for anybody interested in helping me build this dream Blog. Of course proper credit will be given to all contributers. If you're interested drop me a line at RegalX@hotmail.com. Until then, I'll keep everyone posted on new topics for my Documentary.

It's been a while since I updated. I've read everybody's posts about a dozen times, but didn't have the heart to update, but now I've finally gotten around to it! Happy Father's Day!!!

Let's face it, being a dad in today's world is real tough, a lot easier then how those TV dads make it seem.  This is why Father's Day was created to remind us all how much a thankless job being a father is, and to let them know that such examplary work should be rewarded with honor and appreciation.  Well Ikey, thanks for everything you've given me, and all those sacrifices you made to keep us living happy and healthy lives.  Even when we don't show how we really feel, you can always take comfort in the fact that the man upstairs is watching and giving you a big thumbs up!
 
 

This section is a tribute to Ikey, my dad.  We all love him, now it's time to let the world know!

Link + Astaroth = Total Ownage


This picture was created by me to celebrate Me and Dwayne's first victory of Team Battle Mode on Extremely Hard difficulty. I had planned to do this a while ago, but I can't draw to save my life, so I thought "Hey why not use your HTML skills!?" and this image was born.

The first time we tried to beat the game, we got our butts handed to us. The second time we tried it, it looked like history was going to repeat itself. Dwayne however, was completely dedicated about beating it once and for all. He ignored my cop out pleads "let's go to training mode" and kept on fighting. When Ivy was pounding on me like a crazy bamboon with a coconut, Dwayne was like "F' this sh!t" and trashed through the entire team to cover my ass. It was then that I knew this team had what it takes to go all the way.

I also want to give a shot out to Karla, who was able to calm Dwayne's nerves long enough to put Cervantes back into the hole he resurrected from. After 2 1/2hrs. of straight combat, and a -10% winning streak, who can blame us for doubting our abilities! But did we give up? Hell no, we outlasted and outbested our competition, and stole the title away with 15 secs left on the clock and less than 5% health between the both of us. Chalk up another win for the Clean Up Crew.
Here's to next time, and hope it doesn't take nearly as long.

I had to put my Soul Calibur 2 practice on hold because something has come up!

A friend of Miss Karas has shown my art to some folk from a Greeting card company my work , and they liked it!! So I was asked to submit more examples of my work for their approval. If all goes well this could be the first step to me doing some serious illustration work in the vain that I love. And specifically what I've always wanted to do. Something in the vain of Emily the Strange. Ask Karla she might know.

Also please Troy do not be mad that I bought a second Wind aker game.
I could not live with myself without owning the lines:

"I...Like...you...so...much....
......I.....want to.....EAT....YOU....FOR....DINER!"

Just Blame Nintendo for being consistently and unfashionably late as usual. When I first passed through this scenario in the import version I have, I honestly thought there was tryst between her the Rags to Riches (who is actually her father as you know Mr. "Being filthy Rich!") and the Riches to Rags father of the girl who I said, "Because I like you," to. I did not know the meaning of this I also thought she was some kind of rich girl impostor of some sort and I had figured it out. (Which was not true at all.) I had to own this experience and live it out properly again and again. This and other instances like it in the game. There are too many to count. Anyway that is why when I had the cash and the opportunity I could not resist buying two of the same game. It does not hurt to own it. I only felt this way for Zelda though and like before I use what I discover in the English version to open up the same mysteries in the import one. So don't hate me for it.

Anyway no game will come before the Sims and Soul Calibur 2 not till I'm done with toes and F-Zero does not appear until the end of July anyway so I probably should wait for it in English, a whole month after.

Also I could not find out the funny thing on the Voice message you had sent me Karla. Maybe I'm just dumb but I did not find it on the page could you post a link. Use Troy's Picture or Word linking method. Help the dumb (me) to see."

I think I have a problem
I don't know about you guys, but when I look at the comments button from the main journel entry, it doesn't change to indicate anybody posted here. It should look like "1 comment(s)" or something. I'm praying it's my browser, but I want to know if you guys are seeing the same thing.

Oh, and here's some food for thought. The Times on this website are actually accurate to New York time. So if you look at times that I posted, that's when I actually posted them. Pretty cool huh?
